This type of hypertension is 95% of the reported high blood pressure cases in United States. The underlying causes of high blood pressure of this type cannot be determined. Although this kind of high blood pressure disease remains mysterious, it has been linked to certain risk factors. High blood pressure tends to run in families and is more likely to affect men than women. Race and age also play a role. White people are less risky compared to black people. The cause of high blood pressure of this kind is said related to the lifestyle and diet.
The second type is secondary hypertension. The causes of high blood pressure of this type are direct causes which can be identified. Kidney disease ranks the highest cause. This high blood pressure disease is also can be triggered by tumors or other abnormalities the adrenal glands (small glands which is located on the top of the kidney) to produce excess amount of adrenalin that elevates the blood pressure. Other possible cause is birth control pills and pregnancy.
There are several things which are maybe the factors that affect or even the cause of high blood pressure that has been stated above. Thus, we need to avoid those factors if we want to live longer since high blood pressure may cause death, or at least affect our life spam. Weight reduction and regular aerobic exercise like morning walk can improve blood flow and helps to reduce the resting heart rate and blood pressure. Reducing sugar and salt may also increase the chance for us to avoid the causes of high blood pressure. Thus, it is not so difficult to help yourself to have longer life spam by avoiding getting high blood pressure.
